We bid on your vehicle. Before finalizing, the auction performs a comprehensive Post-Sale Inspection (PSI) on the engine, transmission, and frame. If it fails, your deposit is 100% refunded.

Transport & Final Hand-off
We coordinate the secure release and delivery of your vehicle. Once the vehicle successfully passes its Post-Sale Inspection (PSI), the remaining $500 concierge fee is settled to authorize final transport carrier dispatch or local hand-off. We seamlessly coordinate shipping or detailing directly through Manheim's professional departments for a smooth delivery.

We charge a flat $1,000 fee for our professional sourcing service, split into two easy steps: a $500 retainer to begin your search, and the final $500 concierge fee due immediately upon a successful Post-Sale Inspection (PSI) report, prior to vehicle transport release.
There are no hidden percentages, dealer commissions, or back-end markups. What the auction charges is exactly what you pay.
*Note: Clients are responsible for any applicable auction buy fees, transport carrier shipping costs, and final detailing. We are happy to facilitate these services on your behalf directly through Manheim's auction network fees.

Cash Buyer (Wire, Cashier's Check, or Square)
The simplest, fastest path to your wholesale vehicle. Once we win the auction and the vehicle clears its rigorous Post-Sale Inspection (PSI), we issue an official invoice along with secure wiring instructions for our commercial Wells Fargo account. For your convenience, we also accept secure card payments through Square (subject to an additional transaction processing fee). Prefer traditional paper? You can deliver a certified cashier's check and we'll coordinate the vehicle release immediately upon verification.

Already working with a lender? We act as your direct liaison. After the vehicle passes PSI, we submit the official dealer-auction Bill of Sale, full vehicle history, and title details straight to your local loan officer. Your bank then issues a secure direct-wire transfer from your approved loan directly into our Wells Fargo account—no middleman, no dealership finance office.
